Pesto – 1 tea spoon of Pesto per fish.
Fish – up to you on how much you choose to cook.
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
A couple of chopped tomatoes.
1. Pre heat the oven to Gas Mark 6. Get some foil and put the fish in it and add 1 tea spoon of Pesto and if you want add some chopped tomatoes, only a couple. Season it with Salt and Pepper and then drizzle with some lemon juice.
3. Put the fish parcel’s in the oven for 25 minutes. Once they are cooked add the parcel to a plate and serve!
